NERVOUS STABILITY When you've been holding it all together for too long. Sometimes life can feel like a lot. Your mind is busy. Your body is tired. You feel overwhelmed, stretched, tense or simply not quite like yourself. And sometimes, even when you understand what's happening intellectually, your body doesn't seem to have received the message yet. Nervous Stability is a gentle distance-based energetic session created to support you when you need a little more space, steadiness and connection with yourself. This may be for you if you: • feel constantly on alert or find it hard to switch off • are emotionally tired or carrying tension in your body • have a busy mind that won't settle • want to feel safe, heard and acknowledged How it works 1. Choose a time and complete a short intake form, so I can tune in to what matters most for you. 2. At your session time I connect with you remotely. You don't need to be present or on a call. 3. Afterwards you receive a personalised report by email, with the themes that came through and gentle suggestions to support you. Some people notice a clear shift. For others it is subtle and unfolds over the following days. Both are welcome.
