Rooted in Nature, creativity and heart: The Elevate & Emanate Story
At Elevate and Emanate, our mission is to empower individuals and families to reconnect with their inherent potential, heal from past conditioning and ancestral trauma, and achieve a state of optimal health and heart-centered living. Through our creatively designed workshops, comprehensive online education, and holistic healing services, we aim to guide our community toward prioritising their mental, emotional, and physical well-being, leading to a more balanced and fulfilling life.
We invite you to be a part of this transformative journey by supporting our cause. Your generous contributions enable us to expand our offerings, including retreats, holistic therapies, and community outreach, creating a world where individuals and families can thrive in peace and harmony, guided by the wisdom of the heart. Together, we can provide the tools and support needed for people to navigate life with greater ease, fostering a collective shift toward sustained well-being and global healing.
The Difference We Make
Our Mission
Our mission is to facilitate the conscious evolution of humanity through heart-centered action and unity—both within oneself and with others. We aim to challenge conventional beliefs about love, encouraging a deeper understanding and harmonizing presence in the world.
We approach this mission on three interconnected levels:
-
Individual: Empowering personal healing and the development of creativity and sovereignty.
-
Relational: Fostering unity between the masculine and feminine energies and promoting conscious partnership.
-
Collective: Shifting limiting beliefs about love, self-expression, and human potential, while anchoring a peaceful frequency for the collective.
Through these transformative layers, we strive to create a world where love, peace, and human potential are not just ideals, but realities that uplift us all and keep us at our optimum.
Direct Impact
Our work catalyzes immediate and transformative change for every individual and business that engages with our services.
On a personal level, clients are guided to access their inherent creative power for healing, leading to profound shifts in perspective that reshape their entire life trajectory. Through this journey, they cultivate sovereignty, freeing themselves from the need for external validation and stepping into their fullest potential.
For businesses and brands, we foster authentic expression that drives sustainable success. By aligning with their soul’s purpose rather than relying on manipulative marketing strategies, these conscious enterprises experience lasting transformation. This ripple effect extends to employees, customers, and the communities served, creating a positive impact that elevates all.
3 Tiered Global Mission
Our global message framework contributes to collective evolution across multiple dimensions:
-
Individual Level: "To evolve the human consciously through heart-centered action and unity with other and oneself" - shifting people from mind-based decision making to heart-aligned creation.
-
Relationship Level: "To create and alchemise the consciousness and awareness of pure heart healing in men and woman" - transforming how masculine and feminine energies relate and co-create.
-
Planetary Level: "To challenge your beliefs in what true love really is and to harmonise your presence in this world" - dismantling conditioned concepts of love and replacing them with source-aligned truth.
Each person we work with becomes a ripple point for these three levels of transformation, exponentially expanding the reach beyond our direct sphere of influence.
Gratitude
Every service, offer, creation is pure and truth from our heart to yours.
Our Creative Founders
Elevate and Emanate is a non-profit wellness and healing space in Brisbane, working with people worldwide. Through one-on-one sessions, journeys, workshops and nature immersions, I help individuals and families come back to their own heart, free themselves from old conditioning, and remember their innate power. Everything here is held with one promise: you will be safe, heard and acknowledged. Come as you are, and begin where you are.
Jacq Cronin
Jacq challenges your beliefs about what true love really is, so you can harmonise your presence in this world. As a heart translator and coach, creator and holistic marketer, she listens beneath your words and helps you hear what your heart has been trying to say. Her work weaves Quantum Healing, Coaching, Neuro Linguistic Kinesiology and sound therapy, always held with gentleness, clarity and care.
Dinny Cronin
Dinny is a mountain shaman, artist, musician and strategist, a crane operator for most his years. He brings steadiness, depth and a quiet strength to the work, and guides men and women toward heart coherence in his masculine way: the power to be strong, sensitive and open-hearted at once. He walks beside people as an equal, with humour and grounded truth.

Individuals are guided to awaken their innate creative power for healing, experience perspective shifts that alter the course of their lives, and cultivate true sovereignty—liberating themselves from dependence on external validation.
Within businesses and brands, this same transformative approach inspires authentic expression and sustainable success. By aligning strategy with soul purpose rather than manipulation, enterprises evolve into conscious, heart-led organizations whose positive impact radiates through their teams, clients, and the wider community.
