WHEN The second Wednesday of each month, 10am Brisbane time (11am Sydney/Melbourne in summer). In the USA, that's Tuesday evening: 7pm New York / 4pm Los Angeles (8pm / 5pm from mid-March to early November). Art as medicine. Art as self-love in motion. Soul Design is a monthly gathering in the cultivation arts, where we come together on Zoom to breathe, settle and create. Each session weaves breathwork or meditation with art, letting your creativity flow so you can release or acknowledge whatever you're carrying (emotions, feelings, thoughts) and bring your energy back to centre. Like all my work, it's energy-focused. I hold a big, nurturing space and channel the energies that come through, so you can feel seen, settle and relax. We'll use different mediums and ways of creating each month. This isn't an art class, and it isn't art therapy. It's a gentle creative outlet for your energy. There are no rules, no pressure and no "right way". You don't need to be good at art. You only need to show up as you are. WHAT YOU'LL NEED • Paper • Some colours: pencils, crayons, paints, whatever you have • Somewhere comfortable to sit for an hour WHAT OFTEN HAPPENS Creative blocks soften. Self-judgement dissolves. You leave more settled and relaxed, and carry that with you into the rest of your day. A CREATIVE COMMUNITY Soul Design is more than a monthly call. It's a place to connect with others who love to create, share what you've made, and revisit the activities through our session videos. A NOTE ON RECORDING Sessions are recorded so our private Soul Design Community can revisit each month's activity. The recording focuses on the guided practice, and you're always welcome to keep your camera off or change your display name. Recordings are shared only within the private community. FREE, ALWAYS.
