Service Description

When a child outgrows their old tools Adults feel it as overthinking, looping, or “I’ve tried everything.” Children feel it as: - Big feelings with no words - Tummy aches or sleep struggles - Meltdowns after school - “I don’t know” when you ask what’s wrong - A quiet sense that their old ways of coping don’t work anymore They haven’t broken - They’re evolving. And their nervous system is asking for new support to land in the next version of themselves. That’s what this session is for. What happens in the session — 45 minutes to 1 hour 1. We meet their world first Through play, drawing, or story, we gently explore what feels hard or stuck. No forcing. No analyzing. Just curiosity. 2. Rest + Integration When they feel ready, your child lies comfortably with blankets, teddies, you nearby. We work with a blend of: - Quantum, Neuro-linguistic kinesiology techniques - Nervous system regulation — Breath, sound, or touch to help their system feel safe - Guided imagination and Metacognition — Meditations as stories and learning to translate what their bodies are telling them - Subconscious + energetic integration — Clearing what’s ready to go, anchoring what’s ready to land - Intuitive guidance — Insights translated into words a child understands 3. You receive support too After, you’ll get simple, personalized practices to help your child embody the shift at home. Because unity includes the family. The intention This is not about fixing your child. It is about helping them recognise and anchor into the next version of themselves that is already emerging — with confidence, trust, and choice. Children commonly leave feeling: - Lighter, a little tired or excited and more grounded in their body - Reassured and deeply supported - Clearer, calmer, more “themselves” - Empowered because they got to choose This allows their mind to step out of looping worry and into witnessing their life with greater trust. Details: Ages 0 - 3 Via distance. Ages 3–12 1-on-1 or Distance. Teens assessed individually.
